This notice explains how the KPX website handles information when you browse, use an account or contact our team. For privacy questions, email support@yiruisen.com.
Information you provide
- Contact questions: the subject, message, selected product, request status and our reply. If you ask about your cart selections, the selected SKUs, options and pack quantities are also saved with your question. You do not need to provide an email address in this form. Information you include in your message is saved with the question.
- Account information: information you provide when using an account, including contact details and any saved addresses.
- Order support: questions and replies linked to your account and order, when an order is available in your account.
- Email: your email address, message and any attachments when you email us directly. Email is separate from the website contact form.
We use this information to answer questions, manage accounts, provide support and protect the website. Please do not send payment card details or passwords in a message.
Cookies and technical information
The website uses cookies to keep account sessions, remember cart selections and let you return to your contact questions.
The Contact cookie lasts for up to 90 days and is renewed when you visit that page. Clearing it or changing browsers removes your access to earlier questions on that browser. It does not delete those questions from our records. Anyone using the same browser may be able to read them, so avoid shared devices.
Server logs and security controls process technical information about visits and sign-in attempts, which can include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information. We use these records to operate the website, diagnose errors and limit abuse.
We have not enabled advertising pixels or marketing analytics on this website.
Where information is handled
This website is hosted in Guangzhou, China. Information submitted through it is processed on that infrastructure. Authorized members of our team and the services needed to host, secure and maintain the website may handle information for those purposes. Direct email is handled separately through our email service.
Online payment and live warehouse order submission are not currently enabled. We will update this notice when those services are introduced.
Keeping information
Questions, replies and account records can remain after a browser cookie expires. Records may also be included in backups. There is currently no automatic 90-day deletion rule for contact questions.
Access, corrections and deletion requests
Email support@yiruisen.com to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We review requests and may need to confirm that the information belongs to you. An email address written inside a contact message does not, by itself, prove ownership of that question or an order.
For a question sent through the Contact form, keep access to the original browser while your request is being reviewed. Do not send your browser cookies, passwords or payment details. Requests do not automatically delete support records.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the website’s services or information handling change. The date above shows the latest revision.
