How U.S. warehouse dispatch works

Location comes first.

U.S. warehouse dispatch means an eligible item starts its shipment from a U.S. warehouse. It does not mean every product or every option is stocked there.

Stock belongs to the exact SKU.

A different size, color or pack may have different availability. Warehouse stock is shared with other sales channels and can change. Adding an item to your KPX cart does not reserve it.

Delivery depends on the parcel.

The destination, carrier, parcel weight and packed dimensions affect the available service. Several items may ship in more than one parcel. A carrier transit estimate begins after dispatch; it is not the same as the time from placing an order to receiving it.

Check before you order.

Confirm the exact item, dispatch location, shipping charge and delivery estimate. If a U.S. option is unavailable, do not assume that a domestic or overseas alternative has been arranged.
